Is the throttle body closing all the way properly?

What voltage are you getting at TPS?

Checked for intake leaks?

As far as I can tell the throttle body is closing all the way the lowest I can get the TPS sensor is 1.23 and all the intake gaskets have been redone Also have done a smoke test found no leaks one time had a little bit of smoke coming from where the TPS sensor connects on the throttlebody but that is it

You sure that TPS sensor is mounted correctly? Also almost sounds like butterfly in throttle body is not closing all the way which would explain why TPS(s) is showing higher voltage. Any play in the butterfly shaft in the throttle body? Butterfly dinged?

I believe so wires and plug are facing up As far as I know it only goes on one way it’s not adjustable
