HVAC only works on high

Yes Marc, your connector is bad.

Either replace it or cut it off and install terminals straight to the resistor pins with no connector. That's what I did, (and yes, I consider it a HACK job) but I was strapped for time and wanted my blower back. I had two pins welded together (instead of simply mating) inside my connector, leaving nubs on the resistor block.

I have every intention of replacing the connector, but I have more pressing issues at the moment and haven't even looked for the connector yet. It sounds like they are readily available.

Which auto parts store did you find this at? I cannot find it at auto zone or napa.
