1995 ford ranger 3.0 so now I have changed all of my ebrake cables and now my ebrake cables are maxed out. I double and triple checked that I got the right cables. They are all correct. I was reading my haynes manual and it said something about resting the tensioner. Anyone know what it is talking about. Because right now if I try and press the pedal I will probably snap my ebrake cables they are seriously maxed out.

These are the right and left ones. The one said 9 inch brakes but the other one doesnt. Im not sure about that
