I swear im just retarded!
Ok so about three weeks ago I installed some new plugs in the girls ranger. Becauseof the body lift it was amazingly easy. got 5 out of the 6 done in less then 20 minutes
however the first plug on the driver side is giving me trouble putting it in. I can get about one turn with the hand and then another 2.5 turns with a ratchet then it stops. Didn't really think much about it till i took the truck out yesterday to go shooting and i can hear a tst tst tst tst sound comming from my driver side wheel well. I think that plug one is misfiring however everytime i take it out and try to put it back in I get the same results. Is there any tips or tricks you guys have for getting this done?? I literally feel retarded cause I can install a Kenne Bell on my cobra but when it comes to the ranger i cant even do a spark plug change
any advice???
edit. i just searched 4 pages of threads under the search term spark plugs and it appears that alot of people dont have a problem with this plug.

it sounds like you are cross threading the hole. any fastener should be able to get a few hand turns in before you attempt a socket or wrench unless the threads are dirty from a thread locker or dirt... which should not be the case
