Index steering wheel on a 99 Ranger

Index steering wheel on a 99 Ranger
I just bought a 99 Ranger. The steering wheel is not on straight. The wheels in front are straight, just not the steering wheel itself. Does anyone know how to remove and replace the steering wheel in the right way?
I'm new to the group so any info is greatly appreciated!
