LED cluster lights?

I've seen people put LED's in the cluster, and HVAC controls but I cannot seem to find the lights or writes ups for howto's I've looked everywhere. Anyone shed some light?

For your 98:
6- 194 bulbs for the cluster
2- 194 bulbs for the HVAC

There is a thread in the how to section showing how to remove the instrument cluster and there are 2- 7mm bolts to remove the radio bezel to get the 4 additional 7mm bolts holding the HVAC in place.

Also if you're staying green, good. Just buy white LEDS and it'll still look green since everything is painted from the factory. If you want to change colors, it'll be a bit more involved and time consuming but doable, I've done it a few times but I think white LEDs with the stock green color looks the best. It'll be a brighter green with the LEDs

yes there is a thread made by trepaul86 that explains it but no, you cant just get blue LEDs. As i said in the first post, the factory gauges have a green paint on the overlays that you must sand off prior to going blue. You'll also need to purchase blue glass paint before putting blue LEDs in or it'll look dull.
I had blue in my old truck and regretted doing it after about a month. it looks like it belongs in a civic.
