LED dash lights

I bought some led instrument cluster lights for my 2007 Ford Ranger and they don’t seem to work. I looked around trying to find the right ones I’m guessing they are the wrong ones. I bought T-5 led and assuming they were the right ones. Can someone help me to figure this out. TIA

LEDs are polarity-sensitive. Remove them and rotate them 180° and reinstall.

Welcome to the forum

Yes, +1 on the LEDs being polarity sensitive, doesn't hurt them to be hooked up backwards, they just won't light up

Regular incandescent bulbs work either way, no + and - terminal

If the bulb you purchased was a direct compatible replacement for a "194" sized bulb, then I would check polarity and maybe reverse the lights around.

If you are worried about not getting it right, you can check the side of the bulb where the wires run down to. Usually there is a dot or some other form of marking to designate the positive side of the bulb.
