I was driving to work this morning and when I shifted from 4th to 5th the clutch pedal got stuck. Pulled over, checked everything and couldn't see anything obvious so I took a bit of wire and jumped the clutch safety switch and limped it to a gas station where I found the clutch line had popped out. Got it back in, pushed the clutch and it stopped firm again. Popped right back out. Limped it back home, crawled under it and now the line won't go into the slave. Feels like it's bottoming out, but I'm not sure. Took some pictures with my inspection cam to see what's up and I don't know what I'm looking at. Tossed the old slaves so I have nothing to compare it to.
Little background: about 1,000 miles ago I swapped in a junkyard trans and put in a new slave cylinder and clutch kit. Was an absolute nightmare, but it's been good since until today.
Any ideas? Did some searching around and all I could find is the barb on the fitting on the line may be warn, but I can't really tell. It doesn't look that bad, and I don't know if the master is stock as the clutch and slave have been replaced in the past.
Not sure if these are helpful, but here's the fittings.
