Little door questions
#2
Not 100% sure of this, but I think you can remove the door panel with the door closed. Won't be easy though. There are three Phillips screws, two at the grab handle and one down in the lower rear corner. Pull the grab handle assembly off (clips), then there is another Phillips screw. If it has manual window, remove the crank handle. Push up on the panel and it should come off. From there, have fun getting your hand in there to release the latch. Keep in mind the direction the outside handle rod would move and you should be able to open the door. Never had to do this, but this should get you close.

When I bought mine the passenger rear door wouldn't open. The handles\cables attach with little loops where the latch cables are and after time they break off. If you can see the cables behind the handle you might be able to grab them with pliers and pull allowing the latches to release and the door to open. It worked on mine.
If this is the issue you can order aluminum pieces off EBAY that will fix the cables without replacing the handle and cables. It's easier to remove the handle when repairing the cables. You will also need replacement rivets for the handle if you take this route.

As 69stang said, the problem is that the plastic on the outer latch cables breaks. The cables from the two latches go to the door pull. If you pull up the handle you will see two cables going into the door. I did not remove the door handle, but if you do it is likely easier to see how the cables work. Pulling on the inner cable that he called loops, should unlatch the bottom catch. I believe that the top cable in my door went to the bottom latch, but the reverse could be true on yours.
