Icon4 Locks are not locking!

I have a 2000 ford ranger xlt 4X4 extended cab. When I push my lock button inside my truck the locks on both doors go down only a very little and when i push them again they go down a little bit more. If i push them again I can hardly even hear the locks move. Almost like im losing power to the locks. Any information would be awesome.
