Looking at..... THIS ONE!
1999 Ford Ranger *^%&%*^^%%$^%$&^$$^$&^$^$$^$%&%&
the guy better not sell it before i get to look at it.
It's in pretty good shape from the looks, except a small crack in the fiberglass on the p/s rear. It'll get me by till I can afford my 4x4.

thats a really gay truck man! honestly if you buy it ill probably be deleting you from my Facebook friend list... sersiously.. its 2wd, with a tiny bed, and ugly rims.. dont even think about it.. get a 93-97 if you want cheap and 4x4... they can be found for 3000.. dont waste your time and money on that piece

Here is another possibility...
LIFTED RANGER..4X4...new lower price
Gotta talk him down in price. Still a single cab tho... i really need an ex cab
EDIT: it's not looking too mechanically sound...

that 2wd looks like a nice truck but its a bit overpriced IMO. if a 4x4 is what youre after i wouldnt settle on anything but that. theres alot of trucks out there, you should be able to find what you want.
i say go, and take a peek at it, worst case scenerio you walk away from it. i would have loved to have that 03 steppie, but the negatives outweighed the positives

Yeah, I'm probably gunna end up having to wait a while till I have a little more cashola. Just settle for a $500 running one for now. But I do need a set of wheels in the next month or so.
Agreed
what I don't understand is why you have to buy a cheap truck? why can't the insurance just fix yours or cut you a check for a new one if they totaled it, I understand you were at fault but its not like they're not going to pay you.
agreed!
ya......what corey said...
it confuses me what your looking at. your options should be in a higher price bracket?
dont settle for crap unless u want to work on crap (not saying either of the links are crap trucks, just that a 500dollar truck is going to be crap...)

I'm sure a lot of guys will question this but I don't think I'd want a SAS'ed truck as my daily driver at 18. I've driven a highly modified vehicle as a daily driver and it just gets old. I'd just find a decent 4x4 to get you started then mod it slow as you have money and time.
if i had to choose between the two you posted, i'd go with the second one and get either a topper or a toolbox for the bed.
why do you only have 2500? didn't you get more from the insurance company?
