We are in North America and never had Diesel Rangers or Mazdas after 1985
You have what we call an International B-series
1998-2006 was 5th generation Mazda B-series and 1998 did have option for a 2.5l diesel or turbo diesel
But we have never seen one here
Diesel tachometer/RPM sensors were often on the injector pump housing on the Ford Diesels in our F-series trucks
