Misteryous leak

Couple of months ago I started noticing a little bit fluid dripping from the trans pan, the engine oil pan and the front axle. Although it wasn't a huge leak, just a few drops, I obviously had to find out what was going on. I checked all fluids (I do this once a week) and only the steering level was low. As a second step to determine what type of fluid it was, I compared the leaking drops and based on the color and low steering fluid level, it seemed to me I had a steering leak problem (see the attached picture).

After reading a lot of reviews on the Lucas Steering sealer I decided to give it a try and see if it made any difference so I started re-filling the reservoir periodically as instructed in the bottle. Few weeks down the road and after half bottle, the steering reservoir level hasn't gone down anymore, the front axle is now dry and no longer dripping and the engine oil pan seems to be dry as well but for some reason there still some new fluid dripping from the trans pan even after I cleaned it a week ago. The weird part is that all levels are optimal and I didn't even had to refill the steering fluid again for a couple of weeks now.

Maybe the color differences are barely noticeable in the picture, but when I put the trans fluid in the paper towel it has its typical pinkish and lighter color whilst the leaking and steering fluid from the reservoir are a little bit darker and pretty much identical. Please help.

It could take a while before you notice a level change in the transmission if it is only a few drips here and there. They do make ulraviolet dyes to add to things to help determine what may be leaking. Just need a cheap black light to make it glow to see it. Pretty neat. A quick google will tell you a lot of info.
