I have been trying to pair my Verizon Pantech Crux with my 2011 Mustang. I can get the phone to recognize SYNC, however when I try to add SYNC, it says pairing failed - or something to that nature. I can pair the phone with my wireless headphones, so I know that it's working. I can pair my wife's Verizon Samsung Intensity II with the car, so I know that SYNC is working. Is there anybody who has dealt with this before that can help me? I've called Verizon and they said they cannot help me out. Ford didn't have any advice that worked either.
