Need to know the pretensioner voltage/resistance?

My airbags went off quite a while ago, since then I've replaced everything in the system. Finally, I've replaced the passenger pretensioner -the last part, however its still throwing a 4-6 (low resistance for passenger pretensioner). My tuner doesn't recognize the trouble code, and doesn't reset it, and leaving the battery unconnected for 8 hours did not work either. My next step is to check the voltage and/or resistance off the circuit to see if maybe there is a wiring problem.
Can anybody give me the info on the voltage/resistance I should be getting?
Does anybody know if I have to go somewhere to get the code taken care of?
*Edit: My truck is a 2004, but I'll take the voltage/resistance readings off of any Ranger. I think these started showing up in the 2001 models.

Give me 5-10 minuites I'll check my 2003
2 ohms
Having an issue with the probes to stay connected for voltage check.
I'm forever pulling /reconnecting that plug to get the light to stay off. Think I'll just cut and resplice the two wires.
