dc source

i bought a white led light bar to do under my rear seat.. its non fused and says to hook up to a DC source.. what would be a good soruce to hook up to? thanks

I would run a line from the fuze box in the engine, to an inline fuze, through the firewall, into a switch, then run the wire under the carpet to the seat.

Or...you could do it ricer style. Just plug it into the cigarette lighter and drape the wire across the console.

I would tap the light blue/red wire near the radio. Its the dash illumination, so it will dim with the dash lights and come on with the parking lights. A switch is still a good idea, so you can still turn them off when needed.
