Need some help wiring my HID's into my xb

i know theres quite a few people who have the hid's on there trucks here and clubxb.com forums blow and no one ever checks them. I bought a set of anzo projector headlights and an hid kit from him. I bought a new wiring harness for them from mobilehid.com. There supposed to be plug and play but the damn HIDs do not get power? I metered the relay and only 85 is getting power 86 is getting ground but theres nothing coming out of the output to 30 on the relay 87 is coming of a plug that uses my stock headlight harness. Im stumped any help is appreciated.

how did you scrub them? I'm having issues with my passenger side HID, it flickers a few times then dies, but yet I let it sit for 5 mins. and it comes on fine...
