New subwoofer and lights blinking

why would after hooking my sub up make the 4low and 4hi lights blink a few times when I start the truck?

this happened to me in my mustang did you put any screws into the plastic on the inside if so you might have hit a wire and grounded it out

i just put everything back in like it was before and it was fine before...idk

i know that the connection always pops out on mine when i remove the radio bezel just double check that
