No headlight dinger?

No headlight dinger?
Truck is: 2001 Ranger 2.3 XLT Ex cab
Today I left my lights on and discovered that the headlight dinger is not working. The no seatbelt annoying sounds is there(the one that keeps on after you start moving) and the initial "your door just popped open" buzz both work. Any ideas on where to start looking on this?

GEM. WH/BK wire should have 12v when the park or head lights are on.
I'm looking at the 2000 manual, tho, so yours may differ.
