no power

so about 2 weeks ago i parked my 2000 ranger (5.0 swap couple years ago) for a bad brake line. Had other projects to get out of the way before I could get to it. Went to start it last night to pull it in the garage and got nothing. Normal key in ding, dome light, brake lights, headlights, work. but when turning the key nothing changes. the dash doesn't come alive nothing. so i pushed it in the garage with the scursion, and pulled the column apart to verify the ignition switch. all seems OK, replaced with a known working spare but still nothing. all fuses check out. Battery is new and fully charged. does anyone have a diagram where the numerous different wires from the ignition switch go? thanks ahead of time.

If its still using the 2000 Ranger engine fuse box then Maxi Fuse #5 50amp is the only fuse that feeds the ignition switch

Battery(+)-----------Fuse #5---------(yellow wire)------------------ignition switch's 4 connectors

Reads like the yellow wire is not powered

yes still using the factory electrical. only swapped the engine harness. i have 12v at the switch, and going out of the switch. i have no 12v at the PCM power relay. and I'm not sure where the power goes from the switch.

So Yellow wire at ignition switch has 12volts all the time

Then check light Green/purple wire coming out of ignition switch, with key in RUN(on), it powers these 3 fuses in cab fuse box
11 - instrument cluster, 7.5amp
15 - instrument cluster, 7.5amp
19 - PCM Relay and PATS module, 25amp

Power 2 below has that info
