You have lost some or all vacuum to the A/C controls. Check the vac reservoir under the engine air filter box for cracks or disconnected vac lines. Then trace those lines in both directions looking for problems. Your Pulse Vacuum Hubs use the same vac reservoir, so a major leak in the PVH system can affect the A/C also.

I would just disconnect and plug the vacuum line that goes to the PVH system. If that cures your A/C problem, then look more closely at the PVH's. If the PVH's are not the problem, look for vac leaks in the A/C system.

I don't know the details of your PVH mod. Is it possible that you created the vacuum leak when you did it?
