over head console

over head console

I have heard that the wiring is already there for the console, is this true, I have 2002 xlt 4x would be nice to have

I would be good to do a search on here for information. There is a ton of info about the overhead console installs.

Short answer.. no. The wiring is not there. You need to grab all of the wiring from the explorer you are getting the console from or run your own.

The wiring is not there as stated above, you have to run all the wires. I've done 5 of them so far and even on the 1st time, it was fairly easy.

Yeah theres tons of threads on which wires to tap and make sure you get the temp sensor to go with it they are hard to find used if you forget it and kinda pricey to buy new if you can find them.
