Passenger headlight?

Recently had a left headlight bulb burn out on my 2019 Ranger, so I bought a pair of LEDs to replace with. Left side went in fine. When I attempted to replace the right side, the bulb won't turn clockwise enough to remove the old bulb. It is hitting on something. But I can't see enough to determine if it is the housing, or something else. I'm not mechanically comfortable enough to remove the entire bumper to get the housing removed. Any ideas?

Never knew you had to remove the bumper to get to the headlights.

Normally bulbs, no. But to remove the entire assembly, according to YouTube, you gotta pull the upper valance, grille, and bumper.
