please help..wiring an old boat horn(pics)

well so my stock horn....it died....and i found a spare horn that worked(some dude tested it for me and it worked, but i forgot to ask him to help me wire it)

so i was wondering if any of you guys can help me out here.....thanks

You just mount the horn to your frame (make sure it has a good ground) then hook your existing wire up to that spade on it.

I think the original horn wire is a female spade.

ok so i just mount it where it was before and only connect the hot wire to the little hook on the horn??wat do i do with the ground wire?

What ground wire? Does you wiring have a ground wire?

those look grounded via the mounting bracket...

I would think that you could just cut your connetor off then if it does not work and put a female spade on the hot.

well the connector thingy has 2 wires.....a black one and a yellow one......the black one is the hot wire.....but wat would i do with the yellow one??

Do the two wire connect to the same spot?

the other red circle is where i would be grounding/mounting it.....but wat should i do with the yello wire ...just leave it alone???

i dont have an alarm..so no is just the horn
