Does it roll up slow using either Master and Passenger side switch, or just one
Power window switches each have their own 12volt wire
But the Master has/is the Ground for all the other switches
Master is the switch that wears out sooner of course
If you want pull off the passenger door panel first
Hook the window switch back up
Roll window down and up while you assist it with your hand, see if inner door frame is bowing, that means window tracks are too tight or need to be lubed, widow is getting wedged, not sliding smoothly
If window seems to slide OK then
Unplug the 2 wire connector for the motor
Put your Volt meter probes on the 2 wires going to the switch
Turn the key on, if its off
Press either down and then up on passenger door switch
Should see +12v and -12v, if its under +/- 12v then bad 12v wire or bad ground at Master
Now use Master for passenger window, same test
If voltage is above 12v then motor is most likely failing
If voltage is low then unplug the passenger door switch and test the Light Blue/black stripe wire for 12volts, use door bolt as ground, but a cab ground is better, doors are not good grounds
If you get 12v then 12v wire is OK
There is a tan/blue and a white/yellow wire on the switch plug, those are Ground wires from the Master
Test each to the 12v(blue/black) wire you just tested, should see the same 12v on each, so both are good grounds, if not then Master is most likely the problem

Ok thanks for your tips i just put a direct wire from the battery to the power window motor and the motor have a lot of power lifting the window up and down so the motor is not the problem so using your tips i found fault in the up/down switches they heat i bypass the switches and yes lot of power again. i ordered new switches.
Thanks for your help
