I was wondering if 2003 Ranger 2wd front brake rotors will fit my 2001 2wd Ranger? Are they the same size? Any help would be appriecated. The reason I ask is that I can get a sweet deal on some but they are for a 03 not a 01

 

I believe in '03 Ford made the calipers bigger, not the rotor. I may be wrong but honestly not sure.

They should work just fine. As long as it's '01+.

Halfway through 2003 Ford decided to put larger brake rotors on the Ranger. If the brakes your are looking at are the bigger ones then I don't think you can use them without the 03.5 and up caliper.

 

I heard that they went larger on the 4x4 but not the 2wd. I really hope this is true
