Quick question need answer fast

With my 85 El Camino 305, would pouring Seafoam in the carb work the same as pouring it in the brake booster line? Or would pouring it in the carb clean out the carb but not the top end, and the brake booster line clean out the top end? I bought two bottles, maybe should I use half carb half booster line and then put the other bottle in the gas tank/oil?

Thanks
