Real quick please, CB Line, from bed to cab.

How did yall do it without going through the window?

Summer Rains are hitting here in Jax, and the rain is getting inside the cab through the crack I got open, and I planned on making it more permanent anyways..

I have a cap on my bed so I'd need to drill from bed to cab.

depending on how much wire you have, here's what i'd do.

I'm assuming you're talking about running a wire from your whip forward. if so then you can run the wires along the frame up to the firewall and through the holes in the firewall and into the cab.

if you have an extended cab this will work also-its what i did
look underneath the rear jump seat on passenger or driver side, whichever you prefer, and there should be a big rubber grommet piece filling a big hole in the floor, you can see it from under the truck as well, really cant miss it
if you have extended cab this is perfect for stuffing wires to inside the truck

On my 2001 Edge I found a plastic plug underneath the Cab inline with the drivers seat next to the drivers door that I cross cut and ran the coax up thru it and along the floor rail to the dash. Just make sure to leave a slight dip in the cable like a "J" as a drip loop then tie to the frame. Once its locked in place put a little silicon sealent around the cable where it goes thru the plug.

I used one of the rubber drain plugs. the one behind my back seat. Cut an X in it and ran the wire through. Got it to where I needed it then put very good silicone to keep the water out. the silicone did the job fine.

Once you get the wire out of the cab there are lots of places to run the wire up and into the bed.

Oh ok, cool guys, thanks.

I do have an extended cab, looks like that'll work, and I have about 2-3 feet of extra wire, so it just might spread that out for me..

Yall cut the X in the grommet to fit the plug-in for the coax?

i was looking at this in my truck, there is a bolt under the plug, i am guessing it is the body to frame bolt? any insight would be helpful, thanks
