replace tps?

At idle my tps is .8 volts but at WOT the highest it goes is 3.5 my question is should i replaace it? Iveread that it should be .8 at idle but at WOT it should read around 5 volts. The original prob i was tryin to diagnose is on cold start it runs like crap it idles down real low then idles back up and keeps doing it until it warms up then its halfway ok it still flucates just not as bad

make sure you have 5 volts going in to the TPS, if so, remove it and see if by holding it all the way open you can get 5 volts out of it...if not i would replace it...disconnect the battery for 30 mins so it can relearn idle
