The XCal 1 I think you have to send in to have a program added but if you mean the XCal 2 (the handheld with a screen) you download the liveload program

I believe this is correct.

 

I had an x-cal 1 for my mustang and lightning and both vehicles I needed to get retunes for. I bought mine through Modular Depot, and they emailed me the tunes. I was able to download myself. I would hop on the sct forums and ask the tech dept if they can email the correct files.
