Seat belt bolt at trans tunnel..

On my 89 Mustang, I'm trying to change those plastic sleeves that hold the buckle up between the seat cushion and the center console. I rounded off that toques head in the bolt body. Didn't know they used lock tight on that, any ideas on how to remove them now with out setting the carpet of fire for a heat gun.

Thanks,

you can also put some seat from the bottom as well. i would try to pull the carpet up and over the seat belt as well.
