Seatbelt pretensioner connector cleaning?

I sprayed the heck out of it with QD Electronics cleaner and added some dielectric grease, but its still throwing the flashing "32" code. I guess I need to really get in there with something to scrape at the metal get through corrosion? What kind of tool could I use for that?
