Icon5 Seatbelt pretensioner help

Hey guys, newb here. I`m the new owner of a 2001 Xlt.

It needed a lot of small things when I first got it but I`m down to new tires and fixing the stupid airbag light.

The previous owner swapped a set of earlier Ranger seats into my truck and didnt bother saving the pretensioners.

So now I have no working airbags

Trying to find a set of pretensioners to just plug in and throw under my seats, so the airbags will at least deploy if I get in a wreck.

Can I use pretensioners from another ford model? Money is tight right now and I can find some from say an Escape for $50 compared to $130 for a Ranger.

Appreciate any help guys!

I don't think they will work unless they are from a Ranger, or at least have the same connector
