SHAKING at 70+ mph speeds

I have a 1999 ranger 2wd 2.5L 4” lift with 31x10.5x15 tires on 15x9 wheels.

the truck will shake when I hit 70+ mph but anything less than that it drives perfectly smooth.

I’m wondering how can I stop it from doing that and if I continue driving with that shake what could happen?

this shaking doesn’t pull me into other lanes and my braking is still fine

I had a different set of 31s on it before and it did fine. The tires I have now I bought off fb marketplace and they are all terrain tires americus brand.

I’ve had the tires balanced and I’ve had an alignment done. The lug nuts are tightened.

your answer is in your question. Ask why they sold the tires in the first place.

I went to go get my tires and wheels balanced today at the tire shop and they told me my wheel is messed up and they can’t get it balanced because of that. My wheels are new and I ordered them
online so I’ll be checking with where I ordered to see what I can do.
