Short circuit
Fuse #41, 20amp, is a secondary fuse, couldn't find it on main power distribution, lol.
It gets 12v from Fuse #7, 30amp when PCM Relay closes, it powers computer, injectors and a few sensors
If only fuse #41 is blowing then problem will most likely be a shorted solenoid in the transmission OR wire on outside on connector
Diagram below
12v from fuse 41 goes to a splice(s100) and splits into 3 wires all hooked up on the trans connector
All 3 are Light blue/orange stripe wires
on connector they are pins 1, 10, 11
And those 3 wires power all 6 solenoids in the trans
Worst case is you will have to drop the pan to get access to the wires on the inside of connector, but pull off connector first and test for shorts
5R44E or 5R55E are the same
EDIT: I looked at more diagrams and it seems fuse #41 ALSO powers EVAP Canister Vent valve AND heaters on O2 sensors
So I would actually start at the O2 sensors, 2 of each sensors 4 wires are for its internal heaters, and these wires are near exhaust pipes so can get burned and short out
And after a transmission change wires get moved around, so.......................inspect each O2 sensors wire harness from sensor to main harness plug-in, I bet you will find the problem there
