Spark Plug changing tips for 2003 XLT Supercab

I was going to only change the wires but I think it's only right to change the plugs because they are most likely the original plugs at 94k. I dont have an issue figuring out how to change my spark plugs on my truck because it's pretty easy its just one of the plugs is very difficult to get to. Does anybody know what I am talking about? It's the plug that is on the left side on the back (forgot which one this is). Anyways this baby is tough to get too. Any suggestions because this could be a *****.

take the wheel off...and with aluminum heads be careful you dont snap the plugs off....turn them to the right a little then back left....that will help loosen them up...also do it on a cold motor
