Splined shifter, need shiftknob, they don’t exist?

I had to remove my default wooden shift **** due to wear and age, and discovered my shifter was splined, and I have tried to find a shift **** that works with that, but I can’t seem to find any anywher, not even on sites that do custom *****, so if you guys know where I could find one I would greatly appreciate the shared knowledge

More info on the vehicle is needed, like year make and model.

You can get adapters like these:
Amazon Amazon

Or this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254784567935

I think you can also find shift ***** with set screws as well, although most are threaded

‘87 ford ranger though since the shifter is splined, and it just needs a **** I wouldnt think the make and model are necessary.

It's necessary if you're looking for a factory **** as there is a difference between a **** for a 1987, a **** for a 1993, and a **** for a 2007.

But if you're looking for aftermarket *****, then it doesn't really matter. You're basically limited to set screw style *****. Once you find one that you like and fits over the splines, it's a safe bet to drill a small indent into the shift lever to keep the **** from moving side to side. You want the end of the set screw to sit in the indent.
