well, i have been thinking about either putting in a floor shifter for my automatic 2005 ranger edge, however, to save money i just want to put a wooden **** on my console shifter. does anyone know how to remove the cap of the shifter? and how to wire the O/D soo i can attach to the wooden **** when its done? any information, or places i could find the answer would be greatly appreciated!
