I got a 96 ranger 4cyl 5spd with standard steering column I have to replace. I was wandering if anyone knows if i can replace it with a column that has tilt and everything line up correctly. Also my truck doesn't have cruise control but if the new one does will it work without having to do anything other than plug it in
