steering vibration

I have a 2000 Ranger 2.5, Every now and then i get a huge vibration from the steering
When i come to a stop light or slowly turning the corner. It clears up when i accelerate. Do i need to change the pump? This doesn't happen all the time.
Any suggestions? Changed the serpentine belt this summer.

Wheel Bearings are Ok .Suspension just worked on Yesterday. Had new upper ball joint and a alignment done. Everything was checked.
Feels like its coming from the pump. Almost feels like the pump stops working for a second several times. then clears up
