Strange noise after changing pads, calipers, rotors, and inner wheel bearings.

02 ford ranger 3.0 xlt rwd
Just changed the whole brake system and yesterday I put the calipers on the wrong sides and brakes were going to the floor so today i corrected it and bled brakes 5-10 times each side and used a stick to hold the brakes for bleeding and while I changed the calipers. And today it brakes, but theres still a bit of sponginess and its making this really weird noise… can someone please help i put a video on the post
