tail light question

tail light question

i have the 1998 3 bulb tail lights and im wanting to buy now ones....found a set of the the 01-05 style ones....i dont want to rewire my harness and i saw that on the 06+ ones u can drill them and make them fit the 3rd bulb...my question is if u can do that on the 01 style ones...thanks

no place to really do it on 01-05 you can convert it to 2 bulb few guys have there is a how to let me look

t5cents,

Hey, how about using the Directional Socket in place of the backup light and adding new backup lights to the bumper or where ever you want.

This way you still retain the separate directional signal which it is a lot more visible when indicating a turn and safer.
