Throwing multiple codes please help!

well once again my new trucks causing me grief...pulled up at a stop light..and the truck just started idleing like ****......it drives fine...but anytime it comes to a idle..it sounds like a diesel truck sitting there
Heres the codes the scanner pulled...
My trucks a 2003 2.3l Duratec 5 speed stock...105k miles
fresh plugs and wires 5k ago,
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0316 Serious misfire in first 1,000 engine revolutions
P2196 o2 stack 1 lean
Im thinking Origional coil packs taking a crap?
Bad vaccum or air leak somewhere that I cant find with a can of carb cleaner.....
Or head gasket.....BUT ...my oils clean as can be...so...any ideas...all my electrical connections are good ive already checked that...

ok so It went into the shop...
Found out the intake manifold gasket went bad and sucked in....
and maybe a cracked intake manifold....
shop offered to let me replace the gasket if I wanted...but the trucks undrivable..and its freezing cold out so im just letting them do it..200 to replace the gasket not to bad considering ford woulda charged me a lot more...
p.s. ngk plugs autolight wires....

It can do that? wow glad i replaced mine. Also don't be so sure that ford would have charged you more. When I was shopping around for shops to change my timing belt Ford offered me the cheapest quote. I ended up replacing it myself but the mom and pop mechanics charged much more (150 to 200$ more) than ford did.

I never understood why dealers screw over people, word of mouth can kill a dealer if you screw enough people over. I love my dealer, great people working in the service area, good rates and they stand behind their work, and they Manager is there 6 days a week and talks to everyone.
