I have the automatic trans in my 96 ford ranger i was wondering if a 89-91 5 speed will bolt up to my 3.0L?

I would appreciate any help anybody you can give me would be sweet

 

The Mazda built M50D-R1 is what they put in the rangers with the 3.0 and 4.0 from 91 to 97 where they upgraded to the Mazda M50D-R1HD. 91 was the first year they had the 3.0 in rangers. You can find them in
1988 & Up 4-Cylinder Rangers
1988-1992 2.9L 2WD Rangers
1991-2000 4.0L Ranger
1991 - Up 3.0L Ranger
