I'm looking for a new truck, and this is my favorite so far but it doesn't look like the bed is lined up with the cab. It's only really off on one side.
No accidents appear in the carfax... Is this normal? What does it mean? Thanks!
I have a slight body line misalignment on my Ranger from the bed to the cab. On my Ranger it's not an issue at all for me. What you could do if you get that ranger is shim up that side of the bed. Take the bed bolt off on that side and put some washers on the bolt and then screw it back in.
Also it could be the cab mounts.
If you haven't already, if it were me I'd give it a good inspection to verify something isn't wrong (bent frame, screwed up bed, something rusted through, anything abnormal...).

I'd be betting the bed cross supports are rusted out If the bed floor is still good it's not difficult to make replacements that are stronger than the originals, or buy the replacements made by Dorman
