Tunes via e-mail for x-cal2

Ive gotten some new tunes from Fred but Im having a little trouble transferring them from e-mail to my x-cal2. If anyone has any experience in tunes over e-mail it would be great. I have all the drivers downloaded but when I click on the tunes in the e-mail they get downloaded to my desktop in WinRAR. I click on these but all I get is that they will not open. I can extract them from WinRAR to a folder and then try and go through my Updater for my x-cal2 to see if they will come up, the folder does but the tunes are not in it.

umm if i remember correctly after you have it downloaded to WinRAR there is a thing in the toolbar that says wizard. click on that and follow what it says and I'm pretty sure it will make your own tune file on your computer. next open up sct live load and add the new tune to that from the new file you created through winRAR. sorry this is really confusing but its how I did it lol.
