99 xlt ranger 2wd

I would like to add the fog lights for the holes in my new valance that i bought. i have looked all around but i am pretty lost. Im real good at electrical so don't worry. i do not have the switch in the radio bezel and i do not see the relay under the hood so it looks like i am gonna have to start fresh. does anybody know where i can get the parts and if there are any photos out there of how to go about doing this. i don't understand how the fog switch works and i don't know where the wires go from the lights. help would be much appreciated. if you guys do a good job ill take lots of pictures and post them on here so people don't have to keep asking about this.
