weird howling sound

weird howling sound

hey guys my truck has a weird howling sound coming from the passenger side front tire its sounds like. does anyone have any ideas what this might be. im thinking that it might be a wheel bearing. but it does it when its stopped and when its moving.

I'd say to unplug the IAC and then try it. The truck won't idle or stay running w/o your foot on the gas. But I suspect that's what it is.

Another way to rule out some things is to drive on an open road, slow to 20ish and shut the motor off. That way you've at least ruled in or out the engine.
