Weird lightning issue - dash and taillights

1997 v6 4.0l 4x4 - Having a bit of an odd issue tonight. On my way home from work I noticed my trailer lights were not lighting up properly on the actual trailer. I was fidgeting around with the harness to see if I could get them to work. I was only able to get the brake lights working.

About 10min into my drive my dash lights went out. ABS light is still lit (previous issue), high beam dash light works, turn signal dash light works, my dome overhead works. The actual lights that light up the dash do not. This is not the only issue. I noticed that both taillights are also not working anymore. Brake lights and turn signals DO. Headlights also work.

I haven't checked any fuses yet (checking in the morning), but it all seems odd. Could I have done anything while messing with the harness from the truck? What are the chances that both the dash lights and taillights both went out?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I just checked fuse #33 and it is good. Possibility of all this being a coincidence? Going to buy 2 taillight bulbs after work tonight

Below is the wiring diagram for 1997 Ranger exterior lights

I see fuse #3 in the cab fuse box feeding power to the Park Light Relay

And it does feed that power to the dash lights
It looks like the front parking lights should be off as well if that fuse is blown
