The coil either has continuity or not = good/bad. The flashing is caused by a bimetal strip that gets warm from resistance and moves the contact away breaking the circuit. This "strip" is matched to the resistance of the stop bulb's filament for a medium flash rate. Since one side flashes medium, there must be a problem with the other side's bulb or wiring resistance.
Did you change your bulbs to LEDs, that may cause the problem, special flasher needed for LEDs.
Since it is all lights then there has to be a common cause.
As stated check the Flasher Unit in the Fuse Panel.
